Unless otherwise stated, all meetings will be held at 7.30pm promptly at Elvaston Village Hall on the second Monday of each month.

Agendas will be added to the website no less than four clear days prior to each meeting.

Minutes of each meeting will be published in draft format as soon as practicable following each meeting and will remain in draft format until formally approved at the subsequent meeting.
